I love this insurance company, they are very easy to work and they search out the best rates for you. Customer service is excellent. Allstate gets down to busy from the time they answer the phone until you are satisfied with the reason for your call.
I rarely remember to check our auto insurance - kind of set-it-and-forget-it. So glad that Allstate reached out with the possibility of savings on my policy. For a quick 30 min call, Lisa had our documents all ready, asked smart questions, ran comparisons, suggested relevant (and reasonable) additions and came back with a substantial monthly savings to switch to a new offering.
